- 100 ml Pineapple Juice
- 100 ml Cranberry Juice
- 25 ml Grenadine or sugar syrup
- 1 Juice of Brazilian lime
- 10 ml Double cream

This is a really refreshing, easy drinking cocktail that we’ve been serving at
Kinloch Lodge over the last two years. The limes work wonderfully.

1. In a cocktail shaker, mix all the
ingredients above.
2. Pour over crushed ice in a tall glass with 2
thin slices of lime.
