- 1tsp Curry POwder
- few drops tabasco
- 6 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2tbsp vinegar
- 1tsp dried herbs
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 2 red onions

Mix oil, ketchup, vinegar, herbs, mustard, tabasco, in bowl.
Fry onions, peppers and chicken - to be honest just add what veg you fancy really.
Add sauce, put in cassrole dish with lid, and cook in oven for 30-40 mins 180 *c.
serve with brown rice and salad
