Ingredients
- 6 large matzos
- 1 egg
- 4 oz sugar
- 2 oz raisins
- ½ lb fine vermicelli
- 2 oz sultanas
- 4 oz margarine
- 1 oz ground almonds
- 1 oz whole almonds

1. Cook vermicelli in boiling salted water. Strain and run under cold tap.
2. Soak matzos in boiling water until soft, strain and mash into pulp.
3. Add melted marg., egg sugar, ground almonds,
sultanas, raisins and most of whole almonds and for 1 hour. (on 350°F)
