Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 pint milk
- 2-3 slices of buttered bread
- handful of sultanas
- pinch of nutmeg
- vanilla sugar

1. Beat eggs with sugar and whisk into milk.
2. Cut crusts off bread and place in buttered pie dish.
3. Sprinkle with handful of sultanas. Pour over egg mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg.
4. Bake in a cool oven until set 45 mins. (160°C)
