- 300 ml double cream
- 75g light muscovado sugar
- 1 heaped tsp. instant coffee (dissolved in milk)
- 1 tsp. warm milk
- 75 ml milk
- 50 ml whisky

1. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk
until thick.
2.Spoon into one large or 4 individual glass
dishes.
3. Chill until required.
