My Mom has always made this salad for as long as I can remember, and now I make it for my family. Easy, healthy and delicious.

Peel and grate the carrots, add sugar (a few tbsps) and cream. The salad will taste creamy and sweet without being too sweet - just add sugar so that it tastes right to you. Sometimes we add a grated apple or squeeze half a lemon in to make it more tangy.
