Method

  1. 1

    Homemade Chicken Carrot Nuggets

    Step 1
Combine First 9 ingredients and mix well

    Step 2

    Combine Next 2 Ingredients
Mix well Then drop a tsp full of meat mix at a time and coat with flour mix.

    Step 3
Add the next 4 ingredients to the flour and mix well

    Step 4

Mix the next 3 ingredients well to create egg wash

    Step 5

Dip each nugget first in egg wash then coat it in the seasoned bread crumbs continue till you have coated all 24 nuggets (Important do not save left over egg wash or left over bread crumbs ).

    Step 6

Once they are coated you can either bake them at 190 C for 15 to 20 minutes. Or fry them in light oil at a medium temp until golden brown about 10 minutes. You will get the best results with frying them and they will come out just like they do at a restaurant.

You can also make these ahead and freeze them for a quick lunch
