Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2gms Buttter
- 2oz Sugar
- 2oz Flour
- 8oz Icing Sugar
- 2oz Butter
- 1tbsp Vanilla Essence

These are so easy even my 5 year old can make them!
Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. This is a very easy cake to make just mix all the ingredients together.
3. Once mixed, add a dollop of cake mixture into each muffin/cup cake case.
4. Place in the oven and cook for about 15 mins until brown.
5. Take out of oven and cool on a wire rack.
6. Once cooled, mix all the icing ingredients together and place icing on top of each cake and decorate.
Chef's Tips
Take the eggs out of the Fridge 1 hour before
Must be 2 oz. butter, surely. And the flour should be self-raising for an all-in-one recipe - or any victoria sponge recipe for that matter.
