- 350g S.R. Flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 125g margarine
- 2 eggs
- 350g mixed fruit
- 125g Cherries
- ½ pint milk
- ½ tspn mixed spice
- pinch salt
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ½ tspn ginger

Bring all ingredients to the boil, except flour and eggs.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add flour and beaten eggs.
Bake for 1hr at 375 Farenhiet.
Bake for 1hr at 300 Farenhiet.
