- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Ground Corriander
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 3 oz Red Split Lentils
- 480 ml Veg Stock (from cube works)
- To Taste Seasoning

1) Lightly grease a pan and heat gently, add the onions and allow to soften.
2) Once the onions are soft add the garlic (crushed or finely diced)allow to fry for 2 mins.
3) add the corriander and cumin and allow to fry for a further 2-3 mins and then add the lenils and veg stock.
4) Bring to the boil and then allow to simmer for 5-10 mins, check and add seasoning and then serve.
