- 500g Passatta
- 1-1 ยฝ pts chicken or vegetable stock
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2 large carrots
- 1 pepper (any colour)
- 2 celery stalks
- large handful fine green beans
- about 50g small pasta shapes
- generous sprinkle black pepper
- to taste salt
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 1 tbls sugar

I know this isn't exactly an authentic recipe, but me and my family like it.

Cook all vegetables seperately first on high heat at 375 degrees. Start with onions fried in olive oil until glazed. Then add the hardest vegetables next. Carrots,potatoes, celery, green beans,cabbage and zucchini. Cook each addition seperately for about 5 minutes before adding the next vegetable.
Then add the butterbeans, diced tomatoes, chicken cubes, tomatoe sauce and spices to taste.
Let the soup simmer for 1-2 hours.
