- 300g carrotts chopped
- 300g swede chopped

Mash to go with just about anything for your baby.
Method

Peel chop and wash the veggies.
Steam for about 40 minutes untill really soft.
Mash together untill really smooth.
Push mixture into ice cube trays and freeze. Take out and defrost as needed
Chef's Tips
I use a processor to puree my mash. You can boil the veggies but if u steam you save a lot of the goodness!
