Ingredients
- 2 tbls ยฝ fat creme fraiche (heaped spoonfuls)
- 10-20g ยฝ fat cheddar finely grated (or use parmesan if you prefer a stronger taste)
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 egg
- 2 slices tesco healthy living bacon rashers
- 60g spaghetti (dry weight, approx)
- handful chopped parsley (or used some dried)
- plenty ground black pepper to taste

Method

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water for about 10-12 minutes (for dried spaghetti).

Meanwhile, grill bacon rashers and also mix rest of ingredients in a large bowl.

Cut bacon into small pieces.

When pasta is cooked, drain and quickly (while pasta is still hot) add to creme fraiche and egg mixture.

Add chopped bacon.

The heat of the spaghetti should cook the egg mixture.

Serve immediately.
