Cheesy Sausage Rolls

Really easy sausage rolls for a very quick lunch

   Preheat oven to 180c line a large baking tray with baking paper.
   
   Squeeze sausage meat out of skins into a large bowl and add carrot, zucchini and grated cheese. season to taste and mix well to combine.
   
   Cut pastry sheet in half down the centre of each piece.
   
   Fold edges in and overlap to secure.
   
   Use a large sharp knife to cut each roll into 4 pieces .
   
   Place on prepared baking tray and bake for 45 mins approx or until cooked and golden.
   
   Serve the tomato or bbq sauce if desired
