- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Gin
- ½ oz White Rum
- ½ oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- to taste Cola

1. Take a highball glass (12 oz) or Napoli Grande glass (14 oz) - if you have one!
2. Mix all the ingredients together over ice(except the cola). Use a cocktail shaker if you have one or just in the glass.
3. Top up with cola.
4. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon.
Chef's Tips
The traditional Long Island Iced Tea is served in a Napoli Grande glass but the good old Highball glass will do just as well.
