Description

This recipes takes only 5 minutes to make and then just put in oven for about an hour. Nice smooth texture when done in food processor.

Method

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180 oC.

  2. 2

Put bread into food processor and make into breadcrumbs, then add the onion till finely chopped.

  3. 3

Add all other ingriedients until well mixed together and you have a smooth consistency.

You can do all this in a bowl, but i find the mixture is more crumbly.

  4. 4

Put mixture into a loaf tin and press and smooth it down.

  5. 5

Put in oven for about an hour, i like the top a little browned and crispy, so i put it in for about an hour and 15 minutes.

Very tasty,i'll certainly be having this again.I used just minced beef and at the end of cooking tipped off the liquid around the meatloaf, when cool this contained 2oz of solid fat!,a point worth remembering.
