Moist Orange Cake

A lovely moist citrus cake all the family love

Method

Cream butter and sugar untill light and fluffy, beat in the 4 eggs.Add the SR flour and the zest of the 2 oranges.Stir in 75ml of orange juice. Pour into a 7inch cake tin. Cook for 30-40 mins at 160c(fan oven)170c electric

Zest Of 2 Oranges
Orange Juice 75ml
SR Flour (sieved) 250grams
4 Large Eggs
Sugar 250grams
Butter 250 grams

I must have a go at this one,sounds very easy.
Very easy to make it is moist and tasty to add extra flavour, add orange flavour icing sugar on top of cake
