- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp Chilli sauce
- 2 tsp Chives
- 2 tsp Grated onion
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp Curry powder

This is pretty easy to make - but be warned it is spicy!!!

Mix all the ingredients together and then leave to cool in the fridge for around 1 hour. Then it is ready to eat with cruditees and crisps.
