Mushrooms with boursin cheese

Wash and pat dry the mushrooms
Remove the stalks
Fill the underside of the mushrooms and stalk area with the boursin cheese
place on a baking tray
sprinkle over grated cheese
bake in oven - temp 180C for 15 minutes
eat while warm
Wow, yumm. leave to stand for a minute or two just to cool.
