Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
We needed a starter to serve to some friends a few days ago. Suppose it's nothing too original but with Tomatoes in plentiful supply it's attractive starter or snack.
Method

1
1. In a basin, cool, skin and cream mash the Potatoe Mix in the Mayonnaise.
2. Add and stir in the Ham and Chives. Cover and place in the fridge.
3. Split the Tomatoes in half from stalk to end. Place each half flat side up in a 'muffin' or similer tin and oven bake at 160c for 30 min's.
4. Top each baked Tomatoe Half with the cold Potatoe mix and serve on a bed of plated salad. You may wish to return the topped Tomatoes to the oven for a few min's to warm before serving.
Chef's Tips
Use a oiled muffin tin to bake the tom's in 'cos they never flop over and are easer to handle and top with the mix. Use Cheese instead of Ham if you want the Veggie option
Thnks Carol, enjoy.
