Description
I made this recipe by sort of accident, but I think it works well, as I love a whole roast chicken, but never have the time to actually do a roast dinner to go with it!

1. Preheat the oven to approx 200 degrees and place chicken in, on a tray upside down (I dont know if its just me, but I think it tastes jucier if its roasted upside down for the first 30 mins)
2. Once the chicken is turned over, take a medium frying pan and add the garlic with a little olive oil (or 1 cal spray) and brown.
4. When the chicken is approx 30 mins from being cooked, put your pasta on and cook according to packet.
5. Add the tinned tomatoes to the garlic and stir well, simmer until the chicken is cooked.
Finally, drain the pasta, season the sauce and mix together.
I usually have the roasted chicken separate on the table to carve.
Sprinkle some basil leaves onto your pasta and serve.
