Method

1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Steam for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain.

2. Meanwhile, prepare the green vegetables. Steam for 10 minutes until soft. Drain, reserving liquid for soups, stocks etc.

3. Mash the potatoes and vegetables with the milk and seasoning.

4. Spoon into a small ovenproof dish, level the surface and grill until the top is crispy.
