1. Scoop out the balck seeds and remove the skin from 1/4 small watermellon (about 600g/just over 1lb), then chop and put in a liquidiser with 125g (8oz) raspberries and the squeezed juice of 1 orange.
2. Whizz until smooth and serve chilled/
