- 25g sugar
- 40g butter or margarine
- 50g oats
- 25g flour (plain)
- One pinch baking powder

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
A delightful biscuit. It is also fairly healthy. One hour at the most. I learnt to make it at school during H.E one year and i have been making them ever since.
Method

1. Grease a baking tray with flour and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Get the butter and sugar in a bowl and cream together.
3. Add oats, flour and baking powder gradually mixing together each time.
4. Roll the mixture into a log shape and cut evenly into 6 biscuits.
5. Roll the biscuits into circular shapes and flatten out on the baking tray.
6. Put in oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
7. Leave to cool.
8. Dip in chocolate if you want.
