Very simple fairy cake recipe to make - just mix all the ingredients in one go!

1. Mix all the ingredients together. (I put all the ingredients in a bowl and use an electric table top mixer)
2. Spoon into cupcake cases filling about 3/4 full
2. Bake at 160C for approximately 12- 15 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
Chef's Tips
This recipe will make approximately 12 cupcakes.
