Ingredients
- 175g Self raising flour
- 175g margarine
- 175g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- ½-1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- 100g softened butter
- 200g icing sugar
- few drops pink food colouring
- some edible deecorations
- barbie doll-cleaned

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

For cake mix all ingriedients in food processor, bake in pudding bowl till cooked in middle (this took quite a bit longer than i had thought, maybe about an hour or more due to it being in pudding bowl rather than normal cake tin).
To decorate:
Split cake into 3 horizontally and fill with butter icing and jam.
Put barbie doll in top of cake (i actually took legs off an old doll, after thoroughly cleaning it)
Spread pink icing over cake (dress) decorate as you like.
Serves more than you would think!
Can't belive how easy this sounds, it's my daughters birthday next month cant wait to try it.
