Posh Quail Egg with Rosemary, Sea Salt and Pepper Dip

Exciting appetiser to go with a nice Rose Prosecco


Purchase pre boiled/pre shelled quail eggs from Waitrose or your local farm.
With a pestle and mortar combine rosemary, salt, pepper.
Grind together until it reaches the consistency of caster sugar.
Decant mixture into small ramekins and place quail eggs into small plastic martini glasses.
