- 150g butter
- 150g sugar
- 50g chopped fruit
- 250g oats

1. Preheat oven to gas mark 4/ 180 degrees celcius
2. Grease and line the base of 20 cm square tin
3. Melt butter and sugar
4. Take of heat mix in polled oats,salt and chopped fruit or chopped nuts
5. Press mixture into tin
6. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown
7. Mark into squuares and leave leve to cool before taking out of the tin
