Description

I discovered this after the Starbucks nearest my home closed. I was a massive fan of their panini's and wanted to find out if I could recreate the taste at home. Much cheaper too!

Method

  1. 1

Slice the ciabatta bread in half.

  2. 2

Spread on either side a generous helping of red pesto.

  3. 3

Grate the amount of cheddar of your choosing and sprinkle in between the slices.

  4. 4

Place in a George Foreman grill and leave for five minutes.

  5. 5

If this isn't possible, use an ordinary grill and turn over half way through cooking.

  6. 6

Voila! A tasty, fairly healthy, cheap, and filling snack!
