Simply boil the corn until boiled to your taste. Best results are obtained with non fluoridated water. Fluoride attacks every organ in your body and there are several Chinese peer reviewed studies showing an IQ reduction of up to 20% with children consuming fluoridated water with 1ppm up till the age of two.
