1.Grill the bacon rashers
2.Meanwhile,cut the sheet of ready rolled puff pastry into quarters.
3.once cooked and cooled place a bacon rasher on each quarter of puff pastry diagonally.
4.Lay a slice of cheese on top of each bacon rasher.
5.wrap the bacon and cheese up in the pastry, do this for all four.
6.Brush the egg glaze over each pastry.
7.Place on greased baking tray and put into the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
8. Leave to cool and then bon appetit!
