- 1 ½ cup Flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tps Cinnamon
- 1 ½ tps bakingsoda
- 1 ½ tps baking powder
- 1 ¼ tps salt

Drop mixture through a large funnel into hot ground nut or vegetable oil (210-220)and fry until golden.
Remove to paper towels using a slotted spoon.
When cool, place in a clean paper bag and shake with confectioners' sugar. Or if you are slightly more upscale you can youa flour sieve to achieve the dusting necessary.
Alternatively, drizzle with syrup or honey just before serving.
