Ingredients
- 125g self raising flour.sieved
- 125g Caster sugar
- 125g Margarine softened
- 2 eggs. beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 drop Vanilla essence
- 150g icing sugar
- 2 drops food colouring
- 2/3 tablespoons Water or lemon juice
- 30g Grated chocolate
- 20 Bun cases

Pre-heat oven to gas mark 4 and arrange bun cases on baking tray.
Mix together flour, sugar, milk, vanilla essence and beaten eggs to form a smooth paste.
Carefully spoon mixture equally into the cases.
then put in oven for approximately 12 miutesor until golden.
When the cakes have cooled mix together the icing sugar with the water/lemon juice and food colouing of your choice if required. Mix until a smooth paste is formed then spoon onto the top of the buns adding grated chocolate onto the wet icing.
