- 6 baby carrots with tails
- 1 tablespoon Hot creamed horseradish
- 4 tablespoons Bottled
- ½ teaspoon Ground cumin
- 2 wholewheat cream crackers
- 2 cloves Finely chopped garlic

Clean the carrots but leave the heads on. Boil until just slightly soft (5 mins) then drain. Place in an ovenproof dish, add the horseradish, mayonnaise, garlic and cumin. Make sure the carrots are covered so use quite a small dish. Crush the crackers and sprinkle over the top. If you want to make it look better, add a couple of basil leaves. Place in the oven at 180oC for 15-20 mins and serve. If you don't like garlic use a small shallot instead.
