- 1 tuna (tinned in oil)
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 tbsp capers. drained and rinsed and roughly chopped
- splash Chilli sauce
- 1 cup green beans (trimmed and halved)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley. chopped

Description
a brilliantly speedy recipe on the table in the time it takes to boil a pan of pasta. Store cupboard ingredients and uses only one pan. Did I say it tasty, too?!

1. Put the pasta on to boil in salted water.
2. While the pasta cooks, spoon the tuna (IMPORTANT: including the oil from the tin) into a bowl with all the other ingredients, except the green beans.
3. Mix well.
4. When the pasta has only a few minutes left to cook, add the green beans to the pasta and cook for a further 3 m
5. Drain, reserving a spoonful of the pasta water.
6. Stir the tuna mixture into the pasta, adding the reserved pasta water if required.
