1. Put the ingredients in to a bowl and mix well!
Chef's Tips
Makes about 60g (2oz)
Note - The restaurants and some chefs use prepared Tandoori mix powder made by a few suppliers, all of which contain food colouring. They may, as I have seen on here use colouring powders also, there is no need for this. I use beetroot powder to achieve the same here, stay healthy!
