Ingredients
- 1/3 white cabbage
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 large handful mixed fruit
- 1 small handful peanuts
- 75ml vinegar
- 25ml honey

1.Shred the cabbage and carrots.
2.Mix them and the fruit and peanuts in a bowl.
3.Mix the vinegar and honey together well.
4.When ready to serve mix the dressing with the salad.
