- 500g beef mince
- 2tbsp tomato puree
- 1tsp Ground Coriander
- 1tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- to taste mexicana cheese
- 1 tbsp mixed egg

mix all ingredients in a bowl including egg for binding. shape into small patties (burgers). slice cheese. make sandwich using 2 thin patties and put slice of cheese in middle. heat oil on a medium heat in frying pan and cook for a few mins either side til brown. please take care when eating as cheese will have melted and may burn! Enjoy with your favourite roll with relish to taste.
