Classy white from the north bank of the Loire with honeyed pear and apple fruit flavours. Produced from very old vines from the Cotes de Vouvray. This is a delicious, medium-dry Chenin Blanc. You will require 4 x 60g chicken breasts, Schwartz Chicken spice, 2 tbsp of olive oil, double cream, fresh corriander, 1 jar of small chunk Branston pickle, 1 Red Pepper and one yellow pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a Wok, Cut Chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces and season with Chicken spice and leave for 30 minutes.
Add the Chicken to the wok, fry the Chicken for approximately 5 minutes, lower the heat then add 2 x large tbsp of Branston pickle and mix thourghly.
Cook for a further 5 minutes then pour in the double cream until the meat is covered, stir the cream into the chicken and let it simmer on a low heat for a further 5 minutes.
Add a good handfull of freshly chopped Corriander and mix it into the wok, let it simmer until the cream has reduced and is of a nice consistancy to fold into a Tortellia wrap without dripping.
Heat the Tortellia wrap in a micro wave for 15 seconds then add the mixture from the Wok into the wrap.
Add some freshly sliced yellow and Red peppers into the wrap.Fold the wrap,serve with a fresh crispy salad and a few french fries on the side..........enjoy.
