- 500g Beef Mince
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 200ml beef stock
- 2 tsp Garlic Puree
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- ยฝ salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp tomato puree

In a large sauce pan, fry off the onions and garlic over a low heat until the onions begin to go translucent.
Then add the beef mince and cook through mixing it with the onion and garlic. Make sure you break the mince up as you cook it, lumpy bolagnese isn't nice.
Once the beef is cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and leave to simmer over a low heat for 1/2 hour or longer, depending on how thick you like it, the longer you cook it the thicker it will become.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
