Description
One of my favourites and a good way to get kids to eat vegetables!
Method

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the sliced courgettes, followed by garlic, lemon juice and zest.
Fry the courgettes for a few mins until they are brown, turning them over and shaking the pan as not to burning them.
Once brown add the parmesan, shaking the pan to coat both sides.
Add salt and pepper.
Courgettes should cook for no longer than 5 mins so that they are crisp and golden brown.
Your recipe sucks, Parmesan is not suitable for vegetarians!
