- 1 bunch watercress or
- 1 bag rocket leaves (or a mixture of both)
- 3 ripe pears. cored and sliced
- 4 to 6 oz Stilton. crumbled
- A handful walnuts. chopped
- Olive oil

Arrange the leaves on a large platter, adding the pears, stilton and walnuts.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
