Ingredients
- 325 g ripe mangos cubed
- ½ carton Alpro Simply Plain yogurt alternative
- 1-2 green cardamom pods

Description
This refreshing blend of silky smooth Alpro Simply Plain and mango will slip down easily at any time of day.

Remove the seeds from the cardamom pods and crush in a pestle and mortar.
Put the mango, cardamom seeds and Alpro Simply Plain into a food processor or blender.
Blitz until smooth and creamy.
Pour into tall glasses and serve with a straw. A sprinkle of finely chopped pistachio nuts will add a little colour and crunch, if you like.
