Heat an oven to 200ΒΊC/400ΒΊF/Gas Mark 6. Now make your batter. Sift the flours together with the baking powder and salt into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the Alpro pouring yogurt, water, honey and half the melted butter. Gradually whisk the wet ingredients into the dry, adding in the sultanas and carry on beating until you have a smooth thick batter.
In a small baking tray toss the bananas in the maple syrup, lemon and cinnamon and pop into the oven for about 15 minutes.
Heat a little of the melted butter in a non-stick frying pan to cook the pancakes, using a tbsp of batter for each one β you should be able to make around 20 altogether. When bubbles appear on the surface flip and cook the other side.
Stack a few delicious little pancakes on each plate and serve with some of the syrupy bananas and a dusting of cinnamon to finish.
