- 400g patagonian scallops
- 300g spaghetti
- 50g pancetta. chopped
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 15g butter

Description
These little farmed scallops are much cheaper than normal scallops but make a great midweek supper.They are a family favourite.

1.Boil the water for the spaghetti
2.Heat the oil in frying pan.Fry the pancetta.
3.Heat a second frying pan and gently melt the butter. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water.
4.Add the scallops to the butter and cook for about 6 minutes, turning when starting to caramelise
5.Add the tomatoes to pancetta for a few minutes until nearly popping.
6.Add the scallops and butter to bacon and tomatoes.
7. When ready, drain the spaghetti when ready. Add the scallops, pancetta and tomatoes to spaghetti, toss and serve.
