Place onion, garlic, minced beef, worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce in a bowl. Using your fingers combine well and season.
Preheat grill to high. Shape mixture into 8 burgers.
Grill for 5-6 mins on each side or until cooked to your liking.
Split the rolls and place lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Top with 2 burgers and cheese slice
