- ½ pack ginger biscuits - crushed
- ½ pack Digestive Biscuits. crushed
- lurpak butter
- 1 ½ Large tins of condensed milk
- same quantity as condensed double cream
- 6 lemons

1. Mix the ginger biscuits and the digestive biscuits with the lurpak butter until its stodgy. and then cool in the fridge for 10 minutes.
2. Mix the condensed milk, cream and juice of the menons until a tick consitency
3. Pour the cream mixture on top of the biscuit base and put into the fridge to set for 30 mins.
