Method

1. Remove the stones from the dates.

2. Stuff each date with a whole almond which you have rolled in cinnamon (the ALMOND must be rolled in cinnamon not the Date)

3. Place the dates (this is with the almonds in them) on a greased baking tray and sprinkle salt on them.

4. Brush the dates with the runny honey and then put them in the hot oven for 10-15 mins at 170C.

5. SERVE COLD
