    Cooked in pressure cooker.

    Saute the pork coated in seasoned flour in the pressure cooker until brown.

    Remove when browned.

    Stir the paprika into the juices in the bottom of the pressure cooker.

    Add the stock and sherry and stir well to remove the residue from the base.

    Add the pork, mushrooms, bayleaf, salt.

    Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

    Reduce pressure and remove bayleaf.

    Stir in cream.

    Serve with rice.
