- 2tbsp flour (plain)
- 250ml Milk
- ยฝtsb English Mustard Powder
- 200g Gruyere cheese. grated
- pinch nutmeg. grated
- 50g Ciabatta breadcrumbs
- 50g parmesan cheese. grated
- 2tbsp olive oil to fry

I love the cheese used in this recipe, not too strong very tasty

Boil florets for 10 mins then drain,fry mushrooms in oil till colouring,make the sauce by melting butter and stirring flour then milk to get a thick sauce,at cheese and mustard powder then fold in the mushrooms.
Pre heat oven 180/gas4, place florets in a bowl pour over the sauce add nutmeg. mix crumbs with parmesan and spread over the sauce, then bake for 15mins till sauce is bubbling..done.
